Your numbers
Headcount, business, tools in place, who does what. We frame things before we talk, not the other way round. Ten minutes, never more.
Sixty minutes to take an honest look at your business and leave with three priced projects. No slide deck: we plug AI into your real documents, right in front of you. It's free, and there's no commitment.
No company presentation — you can read about us on this site. We arrive, we listen, we put numbers on it, you choose.
Headcount, business, tools in place, who does what. We frame things before we talk, not the other way round. Ten minutes, never more.
The longest part, and the most valuable. Nobody can name their "AI problems" — but everyone can describe their week. That's where the lost hours show up, often where you didn't expect them.
We take one of your quotes, an email thread with a client, an export from your tool. We run it live through our tools, in front of you. You see a result in four minutes — not a promise, a result.
Hours lost × hourly cost = what it costs you each year. We work it out in front of you, and you correct us if we're wrong. The goal isn't to impress you — it's a figure you actually believe.
Together we pick the one that pays back fastest. You leave with a price and a date — not with "we'll send you a proposal next week".
Two pages. Not ten. A conversation is forgotten in three days; a costed document with your company's name on it stays on the desk.
Named, ranked, with the one to start with and why that order.
Hours saved per month, euros per year. We show the calculation so you can challenge it — a number you can't check is worthless.
What each project costs and how long it takes to deliver. Fixed, like all our prices.
The AI ideas you should not launch, and why. Often the most useful part of the document.
The Map is yours. If you have it built in-house or by someone else, that's fine with us: we'd rather be useful once than not at all.
We only do eight a month. Better to say upfront who should book one — and who would be wasting their time.
You run a company of 3 to 50 people and you decide — or the person who decides will be in the room.
A repetitive task eats several hours a week for someone on your team, and you know which one.
You want to know what AI actually does today, not what it promises for 2030.
You're looking for an introduction to AI: we don't do those, and there are very good free ones.
You want a third quote to push the other two down: our prices are public, there's nothing to negotiate.
Nobody on your side can decide anything in the next three months.
Three doors, none of them mandatory. Plenty of people leave with the Map and never call us back — that's the deal, and that's fine.
Yours to keep, full stop
2 weeks · credited to the project
Fixed price, fixed date
Process mapping is fully credited if you start a project afterwards — so it costs you nothing if we work together. We take eight audits a month, no more: the rest of the time, we write code.
It's free, and it's still a sales meeting — we won't pretend otherwise. The difference is the report: you leave with three priced projects even if you never call us back. We get to meet business owners and learn how their trades work. And if we think we're not the right fit, we tell you before we leave.
Marseille and roughly 45 minutes around it: Aix-en-Provence, Aubagne, La Ciotat, Martigues, western Var. Further away, we do it by video call — it works almost as well; the only thing we lose is watching your team at work.
Three things are enough: a typical quote, an email thread with a client, and access to the screen of the tool you spend the most time in. That's what we use for the live demo. If you have nothing to hand on the day, we manage without.
Because in thirty minutes there's only time for introductions. The useful part — walking through your week role by role, then plugging a tool into your real documents — starts around minute twenty.
Adrien or Antoine, the two founders. No salesperson, no project manager: the people who will write the code. That's also why we only do eight a month.
Take it. It's yours: you can have it built in-house or by someone else. We'd rather be useful once than not at all — and in practice, people come back.
Your answers let us arrive having already looked at your trade — and keep our eight monthly slots for the companies they'll genuinely help. The calendar opens right after.
