Two developers. One studio. Marseille.
La Traverse is a web development and AI agent studio founded in late 2024 in Marseille. We build custom tools (websites, SaaS, applications) and deploy autonomous AI agents for SMEs looking to scale without hiring ten people. Zero outsourcing, 100% European hosting, ten projects per year maximum.
Two developers, one workshop.
We prefer doing two things well over doing ten poorly. Zero outsourcing: we code every line ourselves, we configure every agent ourselves, and we say no to projects we couldn't deliver.

Four principles.
Ten projects per year, not a hundred.
We deliberately limit the number of clients. Each project deserves the full attention of both founders. If we can't guarantee that, we'd rather say no.
Zero outsourcing.
We write every line of code ourselves. Your contact is the one who writes your code. For ambitious projects, we mobilize a network of verified experts under our technical direction.
100% European hosting.
Scaleway Paris, Hetzner Helsinki, Vercel Frankfurt. GDPR native, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. No data transfers outside the European Union.
We say no. Often.
If your project isn't in our scope, we tell you. If a cheaper solution exists, we point you to it. Trust first, revenue second.

Why Marseille.
Because we live here, we love the light, and we don't want to move to Paris. But also because the city is thriving — French Tech, incubators, regional funds — and our clients come from all over France. We work remotely as well as face to face.
