What the quote covers
Why no published prices?
Because two agents that look alike on paper don't cost the same: channels, integrations and volume change everything. We would rather give you a firm written quote than a teaser price that grows later.
Is deployment billed separately?
No. The three weeks of scoping, configuration and rollout are included in the quote.
Can I change plan?
Any time, either direction, from the following month. We adjust the quote, with no change fee.
What if I stop?
You leave with your data and conversation history, exported in an open format. No notice period.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe only — Scaleway Paris, Hetzner Helsinki. No transfer outside the European Union.
